Kithup · Effective date: April 26, 2026 · Governing law: Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Kithup is a place to coordinate plans with people you trust. Be a good person. Don't abuse the platform. We'll do our best to keep your data safe and your social life private.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Kithup. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Kithup is currently invite-only. You can join by receiving an invitation from an existing member via invite link, QR code, or shared plan link.
Kithup helps you coordinate real-life plans with trusted circles of people — friends, family, colleagues, community groups. It is not a public social network. Your plans and circles are private to the people you choose to share them with.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of other people.
To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at help@kithup.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
You may also sign in using your Google account. When you do, we receive only your name and email address from Google. We do not access any other Google data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Kithup tracks whether you attend plans you have joined. This data is used to calculate a reliability score that is visible to members of your circles.
Reliability scores reflect attendance patterns only. They are not a character judgment or formal rating. They exist to help your circle plan more effectively together.
You can improve your reliability score by attending plans you join, or by cancelling in advance when you cannot attend.
Content you create on Kithup — including plan titles, descriptions, and circle names — remains yours. By posting content on Kithup, you grant us a limited license to store and display it to the people you choose to share it with.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Kithup may feature sponsored activities and local business listings within the Ideas tab. Sponsored content is:
Businesses that sponsor listings pay to be featured to people already looking for that category of activity. This is similar to a sponsored listing on a local search or map — not targeted advertising based on your personal data.
Your plans and circles are private. We do not have a public feed. Other users cannot find you or your plans unless you have explicitly shared them.
Please read our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
For details on the third-party services we use to operate Kithup, see the Data Processors section of our Privacy Policy.
Kithup is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features in the future. Any paid features will be clearly described and priced before you are asked to pay. We will never charge you without your explicit consent.
We work hard to keep Kithup running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will do our best to give advance notice of significant changes.
Kithup is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Kithup shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of Kithup after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
