Age Requirement

Kithup is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the service. By using Kithup, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

License & Use

Kithup grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial social coordination. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to harass others.
• Attempt to scrape, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Reverse engineer the application or its underlying code.

Intellectual Property (IP)

Our Stuff: The Kithup name, logo, code, and design are the exclusive property of Kithup and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Your Stuff: You retain ownership of the photos, text, and event details you upload. However, you grant Kithupa limited license to host and display that content to your chosen "Circles" so the app can function.

Beta Disclaimer

Kithupis currently in Beta. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any data loss or coordination errors during this testing phase.

2. Privacy Document

What We Collect

• Account Details: Information you provide (name, email, and eventually verified phone numbers).
• Profile Information: Optional bio, ZIP/postal code, country, and profile photo.
• App Data:The "Social Graph" you build (circle connections, events created, RSVPs, and in-app notifications).

How We Use It

We use your data to run Kithup: to authenticate your identity, display your events to your trusted circles, and send relevant notifications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

To ensure high performance, your data may be processed and stored in various global regions utilized by these partners. We select our infrastructure partners based on their rigorous security certifications and commitment to data protection.

We use essential cookies and local storage tokens to keep you signed in and maintain your session security.

Retention & Deletion

We keep your information as long as your account is active. You may request the full deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at help@10xwedge.com.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if your actions pose a risk to the Kithup community.
